Working Hours: 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing team in Andover, Hampshire. This key role will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a dynamic team, and report directly to the Operations Manager.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth running of operations, manage stock control, drive team performance, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. If you’re an experienced leader with a “make it happen” attitude and strong organizational skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations
   
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately covered and operational
   
• Manage stock control and daily dispatch
   
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets
   
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to monitor team progress
   
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
   
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse
   
• Report regularly to the Operations Manager with performance insights
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
   
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
   
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to motivate a team
   
• Competent in using warehouse management software and general computer systems
   
• Experience with lean management and operational efficiencies
   
• A “can-do” attitude with a strong focus on making things happen
