Senior Nursery Nurse – Andover
Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, shift patterns between Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:45 PM
Are you passionate about early years education? We are looking for a Senior Nursery Nurse to join our team in Andover. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the welfare, learning, and development of children in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Nursery Manager and Room Manager to ensure a high standard of care and education.
- Lead and mentor nursery staff while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
- Plan and deliver activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Act as a key person for a designated group of children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and other professionals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with children in an early years setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- A passion for childcare and early years development.
