Nursery Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: Monday - Friday, between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Are you passionate about early childhood education? We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Andover!
About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the welfare, learning, and development of young children. Working alongside the Nursery Manager and Room Managers, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Act as a key person for a designated group of children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Work in partnership with parents/carers and other professionals to support each child's development.
- Maintain high standards of safety, security, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the nursery.
- Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of toys and equipment.
- Attend staff meetings, training, and nursery events as required.

- A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or above) is desirable but not essential.
